Private Aquamation
In private aquamation, your companion’s remains are processed in a private compartment within the aquamation cradle. Each pet is identified with a metal ID and triple checked so that you are guaranteed to receive back ashes from your pet and your pet only.

Remains will be returned in our standard urn. Other options may be ordered on our online store if desired. If you would like to provide your own urn, you are welcome to do so. We are happy to transfer the ashes for you.
Transport
Transport can be arranged through our veterinary clinic partners, listed here, or you may call/text us for pick-up. We work directly with you by phone to finalize arrangements. Then your pet is safely tucked into our enclosed vehicle for transportation to our facility. When your pet is ready to come home, we will call/text to make arrangements for delivery.
We do not offer drop-off service at our location.
If your pet passes away overnight, it is safe to keep them with you until morning, when you can call us for pick-up. We are open weekdays 9am-4pm. Our weekend hours are for emergency pick-up only and are 11am-3pm.
Simple Aquamation
In simple aquamation, your pet’s remains are gently processed in our aquamation cradle. Their ashes are not returned, but instead are respectfully spread in our memorial garden. Your pet will be treated with the same gentle care we would give our own.
A complementary paw print is included with every private aquamation.
